First Greatest Hits albums by Artists tend to sell well. I mean, Britney's first GH sold 6-7 million with two moderately successful singles and not a single performance.

4 and FF were actual new LP's. They both had WW tours, more singles released, more promotion, etc
And considering Pink apparently doesn't sell outside Australia, the fact her GH outsold both 4 and especially FF shows how significant her consistency. Just like how her 08' era performed the best.
