That's very unlikely. Contrary to popular belief, only about 2% of the Filipino population has Spanish blood. Besides, the model doesn't look European mixed at all like a lot of Filipino celebrities. He looks very Mongoloid/East Asian and that's thanks to the Chinese migration into Southeast Asia for centuries.

Those statitistics were based on magazine polls from publications like GQ, which, presumably, has a mostly white readership. I'm not South African, but I doubt that the indigenous South African population would consider the guy from the video to be their ideal.
