Bethany is Mary's daughter and Cece's sister. Bethany and Ali are cousins, but because their mothers are twins, they share the same DNA, making it easier for the doctors to confuse the autopsy. They basically told us when Jessica told Bethany to call her Aunt Jessica. For those on the Spencer train, just remember that the whole DiLaurentis/Drake family are blonde (Cece/Charles, Ali, Jason, Jessica). Mary is a brunette (obviously dyed) because she's the odd one out. Why? It's a distraction from the writers.

I wouldn't be surprised that Mary had an affair with Mr. Hastings as well, just confusing the family tree even more.

But why would the entire Drake family be in Radley? And then who would be Bethany and Ceces dad and Alison's uncle?

Because mental illness runs in the family, and Jessica and Mr. Hastings had a big share of the institution so it makes seems they could keep them there without people noticing. It would make sense that Mary got pregnant in Radley and had her kids taking from her. Cece got put with her aunt. Bethany got put with someone else. Wouldn't be surprised if she got adopted or knew Sara's family. Or you know Cece was never in Radley and her story was a lie, as I have always thought if Wren really did need to make passes for Cece to see Mona.

The father is either Scott Montgomery, Mr. Hastings, Mr. D, or some random guy. Yes I know. Weird. Speaking of, remember Bethany hated Jessica because apparently she slept with her dad. It would make sense for Bethany to hate her for it because her mother and her are twin sisters.

Red coats, masks, yellow tops, etc. It'd make sense that they "look and think alike". They're both kinda sociopathic. They're both Mary's children.

She got played by Mary AND CeCe because she was being used as part of their plan to hurt Alison and Jessica (CeCe wanted to hurt Alison; Mary wanted to hurt Jessica). Mary pretended to be Jessica and took Bethany out and fed lies to her so she would hate Jessica. The drawings were representing Mary, not the real Jessica.

Okay. Something doesn't add up. Either Mary, Jenna, or Shana lied.

Mary said she never met Cece. Jenna said Cece was looking for her mother, but that makes zero since because she used Drake years prior. And Shana said Jenna was afraid of Cece, but Jenna made it seem like she never knew Cece was an evil bitch who tried to murder her.

I think Jenna is lying, and knows who A is (I have a feeling Cece is alive). That's why A killed Sara. She was talking too much, and only Jenna knew it.
