I finally watched Gaga change during Ratchet and I thought it was really cool. I was a bit apprehensive about the on-stage changing when she first announced it, but I think it works. It's really cool to see what happens behind the stage on stage.
I loved that she added this Shading her own song. At least she realizes she'll have to include it on every tour for the rest of her life
