what a weak argument though...do you really think if kids had the power and resources to take their parents to court when they were teens that they'd be any different.
Kids run away for a day or a weekend or curse out their parents because of anger/frustration/hormones changing.
That doesn't make the parent bad because of a teenager.
I can't believe how much stock people will put onto a teenager as if he won't be in a completely different head space by the spring.
