OK so I've been thinking about PLL a lot today and I realised I still have a few questions that I was hoping someone could answer:
1) Was Mona the A that was texting Ali before she was thrown in the pit? If so, did she know that Cece was going to kill Ali the same night she told Ali she was going to die, or was it just a freaky coincidence?
2) Why did Cece kill Ali? Was she jealous that she was the only daughter?
3) Who 'killed' Bethany Young? I know that Melissa threw her unconscious body into the pit thinking it was Alison, which ultimately led to Bethany dying, but who hit Bethany over the head before this?
4) Why was Bethany in the DiLaurentis yard that night?
5) What was Bethany's connection to the DiLaurentises?
6) I remember there was that time the Liars went to the horse-riding place and the instructor said that Mrs D was there with a girl, but was that Bethany or Cece?
7) Is Mrs D's killer A.D.?
8) What was the whole deal with Shana? Was she on the A Team or not?
9) What did Maya's "ALI KNEW" thing mean?

2) CeCe hit Ali with the rock because she thought Alison was Bethany.
3) Mona though Bethany was Alison, so she hit her with a shovel.

thank you! so Mona knew the whole time that Ali wasn't dead! why was Bethany going to hurt Mrs D?
also I just thought of a few more Qs lol:
1) the phone call that Mrs D got on the night that Ali disappeared - what was that about? why did it scare her into telling Ali she couldn't go to the sleepover?
2) what was the deal with Alison going to the Hastings house one night pre-disappearance with bruises or w/e and crying to Mrs Hastings about it?

radley staff called her to let her know that bethany escaped
NOW THIS IS JUST MY THEORY, but spencer asked alison who gave her that bloody lip to which she replied 'girls fight much dirtier than boys', and later we learned that Ali got CeCe kicked out of UPenn, so I think CeCe beat Ali up over it. but I doubt we'll ever get an official explanation for it.

this is what bugs me about this show, there are SO many loose ends that they haven't dealt with and are unlikely to.

I literally called this last year. Well kind of. I said Mrs. D (now we know Mary), Mr. Drake (hoping for Scott), Cece (thought Bethany - still have a feeling Cece is actually Bethany), and Wren. Notice how this is similar to their cousins (Mrs. D, Mr. D, Jason, Ali)

5) We don't know for sure yet, but there is more to the story. We should assume she's connected to Uber A who's connected to the DiLaurentises. Just wait and see.
7) Probably. Probably not.
9) I think you mean MAYA KNEW. We never got a full answer. Maya was "killed" by her boyfriend, but that makes zero sense if you actually rewatch. Why did Melissa show up at the house? Why was she friends with Noel? Why was she talking to Jason right b4 she died? Why would Mona know she knew whatever she knew? Even if they don't explain it on the show, fans should theorize and come to the conclusion that she either knew about the A-Teams or one of the big secrets like Ali being alive or about Wilden being Beach Hottie, etc.
2) I think it was Wilden, Ian, or Jason during his drunk days which is why she didn't want her parents to find out. I don't think it had anything to do with Cece.

Jessica had an affair with Bethany's dad, so she started taking Bethany out of Radley to gain her trust. Well, when Bethany found out she only did it because of having an affair with her dad, she snapped, said Charlotte and her are "like mother like daughter", "she can't trust anyone in the family", so she sneaked out that night stealing Charlotte's clothes and went to attack Jessica. Charlotte tried to stop her but hit Alison instead.
That's what has been revealed so far. Although, Bethany had Alison's bracelet around her arm so there might be more to the story. I think Mary is connected to all that as well. She probably is the one who orchestrated Bethany escaping.

I personally don't think any of this 'kicking out of UPenn' thing actually happened. Charlotte or Alison remained friends until her A reveal. It was probably just a fake story Charlotte and Wren plotted together to explain why she needed to see Mona. They couldn't have said "she is A" so they came up with this. But just as you said, this is just your theory.

I'm wondering if all the accent clues mean Wren really is Uber A.  you know, back when CeCe was A there were tons of "blonde girl" clues dropped here and there. This time there's "british accent" it seems.

Jessica never actually had an affair with Bethany's father. Mary was pretending to be Jessica during that entire time, so she was feeding Bethany lies for her to hate Jessica. That's why Bethany was drawing images of "Jessica" being evil. Mary and CeCe were using Bethany for her to kill both Jessica and Alison that night so they didn't have any dirty hands on themselves. CeCe was there in the yellow top, after all. Mary wanted revenge on Jessica for stealing her life, and CeCe wanted revenge on Alison.

But it did happen. That's what the flashback of the Liars at that frat party in season 1 is all about. Alison pushed some girl down the stairs, CeCe was blamed for it, and then she was kicked out. CeCe's roommate even clarified it in season 4. CeCe was getting her revenge on Alison the entire time.

It's all a theory you're posting! It's probably going to happen but I just shared what has been answered on the show so far. They asked about facts.

The party happened. The girl was pushed down the stairs. But CeCe was never blamed for it, nor was she thrown out of school. CeCe couldn't have been kicked out because she went to UPenn as Charlotte, not CeCe. She found school boring and didn't attend classes, instead hung out with Jason as CeCe Drake. She probably dropped out early on OR she couldn't attend once her out privileges were taken away again.
It's all what we're led to believe at this point. Yes, it will probably all change.
