Why are we bashing other people's opinions on their favourite songs?
Whatever music makes you feel, that's a very personal thing.
I mean, ARTPOP was the first Gaga song I became emotional at listening to.....but I accept if other people don't weep as well

All the songs we heard so far are not suitable to be TEOG sized saviour.
Aura is a hit or miss
Artpop is good for monsters but risky

Do you guys really want this to end up being like 'Born This Way' era?
"Sex Dreams" is not as powerful and lively as it should be to "revive" Gaga's career to general public. She needs something empowering, extremely upbeat, a POP hit. I'm not saying she must copy 'The Fame/The Fame Monster', but she does need to stick to her origins, that's what made me her fan. I had a huge meltdown when 'Born This Way' came out, and not because of its commercial aspects, it was due to my own opinion, I disliked its fashion, style, music, everything! And so far... the same is happening with 'ARTPOP'.
Bookmark this post: if "Sex Dreams" turns out to be the second single, it won't do anything relevant to make Gaga as big as she was. I'm not saying it will flop, but it's not as strong as it should be to be her second single. (I don't entirely blame Gaga though, DJWS' productions are always lackluster in my opinion)

All I care about is getting as many quality music videos as possible. Flop songs can still have acclaimed and iconic music videos. Bad Girls do it well!
