It would have to hit 70 weeks to become the longest charting female hit of all time, but I'd be cool with 66 weeks. That would make it the second longest charting song ever by a woman, and the longest charting by a woman this millennium.
Most total weeks on the Hot 100
87 weeks Imagine Dragons "Radioactive" (2014)
79 weeks Awolnation "Sail" (2014)
76 weeks Jason Mraz "I'm Yours" (2009)
69 weeks LeAnn Rimes "How Do I Live" (1998)
68 weeks LMFAO featuring Lauren Bennett and GoonRock "Party Rock Anthem" (2012), OneRepublic "Counting Stars" (2014)
65 weeks Jewel "Foolish Games" / "You Were Meant for Me" (1998), Adele "Rolling in the Deep" (2012)
64 weeks Carrie Underwood "Before He Cheats" (2007)
62 weeks Lifehouse "You and Me" (2006), The Lumineers "Ho Hey" (2013)

Yeah, it's a long shot. But if it manages to chart for the duration of Apple Music's 3 month trial period, it should be at (or just shy of) 60 weeks chartingwhich means it would probably make the list I posted.
I guess it really depends on how popular it (and competing songs) are on streaming. I won't hold my breath, but stranger things have happened.

Spanish Airplay
43. Shake it Off
No other single is charting, it's also the highest charting single on itunes, the longevity
I would like to know how many plays it's going to have on AM, are they going to make a chart or something like that?

Chicago Bulls Basketball Player, Jimmy Butler had an interview with Rolling Stone. He really loves Taylor.

You're also a Taylor Swift fan, right?
I am a T-Swift fan. I'm going to see her in San Diego in August. I'm not going to say I'm gonna be in the back screaming but
I didn't say I wouldn't.
Will it be the first time you're seeing her?
In concert, yeah. She's a Knicks fan so whenever we play the Knicks I just go up to her and say, "Hey, you know, I listen to your music" and she's like, "Oh, well I watch you play basketball."
Do you play a little harder when she's in the house?
Nah, I just play no matter who is there. The hardest people to play in front of are my brothers and friends from childhood, because I can never take them seriously. I know when they're sitting in the stands; it's constant jokes. They're just waiting on me to shoot an air ball or dribble the ball off my foot so they can laugh. If it's another celebrity, I'm just out there doing what they do, putting on a show.
I love music. I have a beautiful voice as well. That's my true calling. This basketball thing is nothing. I'm telling you, T-Swift's gonna say, "Oh I heard you can sing, you should come on stage." When I grab the mic and start singing, everybody's gonna be like, "Oh my gosh, if I didn't know any better, I would think he's a singer." It's the vocal cords. My singing career's gonna take off. Make sure you buy my EP.
So basketball's a day job?
Yeah, basketball's just a day job. I'm like Batman, except for singing. No, Superman. I dress up in a basketball uniform by day. I mean night, because I play at night. But after the game, I take off my uniform and it's the Superman of singing outfits. I don't think that was a good comparison now that I've thought about it.
...
You're talking about singing, right?
Of course. What'd you think I was talking about? I told you: Basketball's a day job. The singing stuff is natural. I would hit you with a few notes, but I can't sing for free no more. If I sing for you, you're not gonna buy my EP.

Right now on the Hot 100, there's no other artist with 2 20+-week charters, let alone 3. And Style's one away from 30 weeks. Cool that She's able to have Her masterpieces do well for so long together.
Just for comparison's sake with the dark side:
Firework 39 weeks (SIO 45+)
Teenage Dream 33 weeks (Blessed Space 35+)
ET 30 weeks (Style 29+...So let's go for 31+ just to beat her.)
Cali Girls 27 weeks
Wide Awake 26 weeks
Last Friday Night 24 weeks
One That Got Away 24 weeks
Part of Me 22 weeks

DH 57 weeks
That ones gonna be difficult to beat

Music sales are the pits. If 1989 emds up as the top seller of 2015 with just over 2 million units (which is my current prediction for the record)... Like, I stan for Taylor hard, but I hope the #1 album this year sells more than just 2million. That's just too low.

No ma'am.
Looking at things another way, Blessed Space just hit the 8 month mark with 35 weeks. It's Her 7th song to do this; directly behind Her I believe are Katy and Kelly with 4 each.

There are only 6 months left in this year. How many artists can sell 2 million in 6 months? Taylor, Beyonce, Eminem, JT, Adele. That's it.
You also have to factor in the 3 months free trial for Apple Music. Artists might want to avoid releasing an album during that time, or keep it away from AM for a window of time.
Pretty hard for anyone to overtake Taylor, given she has 1.3 million lead already and still in the Top 5 US iTunes.
