I personally think that they should release the video RIGHT NOW....not just cause i want to see that video so freakin bad but let's be real for a sec....ke$has videos aren't the best...so if they wait till the song starts to fall on the charts i don't think the video will have THAT much of an impact for the single to climb up again.

And you're basing this on? The buzz is not gone. Two weeks ago the song was barely hot. It's in the midst of being huge right now, and when the video drops + AMAs/Today Show promo, it will explode.
