Your death wasn't your real death. Earlier in the story, you and Sam were playing around, which resulted in Sam tripping over his untied shoelaces, which caused you to fall when he fell into you, and caused you to knock a woman on the street into the street, who causes two cars to crash. Glass from the crashed cars flattens the tires on a semi-truck that also crashes, killing the woman that True Skarlet knocked over... Miraculously, she was the only person majorly "injured" (killed) on the scene...
