It became pretty clear early on that this was a song that
very few people were here for. In fact, it doesn't even deserve
to be called a song. I don't know what the hell it is, I just know
it's terrible. Five 0s - the most for any song in the entirety of
Part 1 - have stuck the penultimate track on Cher's album in
dead last. Poor that.
"Hush" is a little bonus track on Nocturnes that was only
on Japanese editions of the album. It seems to be about
how people can disagree on lots of things, and how this
causes arguments, but the lyrics are practically nowhere
online, so what do I know?
My problem with this song is that it doesn't really go
anywhere. It's just pretty monotone.
I think Cher is obnoxious and annoying so she might as well embrace that and play it up. MFPOTY does an excellent job of that. It's fun and was done wrong.
