Bey is already set while these young producers need exposure. Yes they will get their album fee but thats not much. I've read once that only the biggest producers get a 6 figures check. If the song becomes a smash, the producers will get more royalties.
Per example, just look at Calvin Harris. He was bubbling under for years until We Found Love came out, now he's an international household name.
Why give your best songs to Bey when you can give them to someone who cares about singles?

Not only that, when she accepts submissions for albums even Dr. Luke sends over a handful of songs that he works on specifically for Bey even though she never accepts them

I highly doubt ANY producer would turn down the opportunity to work with her if she called

Exactly. Producers are clamoring to work with Bey because not only is she one of the most celebrated artists of her time, she also has a huge brand and being connected with the Beyoncé brand in any form is great for them.

Y'all acting like producers and writers don't get paid if the song isn't released as a single or smashes. They still get their coins, it's all good.
