I can't even say which season is my least favorite because I love them all. I will say, this season did feel less focused than season 4.

Hm, it was a good episode but as a finale...kind of sucked. Hopefully season 6 rebounds, but I just have to say season 4 and 5 were just a bit messy.

This show can be so frustrating. Any progression these characters make they just end up reverting to the same ******** in the end and start over to the point that it just becomes uneventful and not even enjoyable to watch.

The ONLY thing refreshing things about this season was Frank actually loving someone, and Mickey being a happy gay man but wait they have to **** that up and start over in the end too.

Fiona just love her men to treat her like she treats her house; like dirt. The nastier you treat her, the more she wants up on you. I'm kind of over it.

And i'm pretty sure Mickey and Sammi are back next season, which is great
I really thought the writers would get rid of one of two to make this finale eventful in some kind of way but nope

I don't understand why y'all are so sure Mickey won't be back
Especially when his baby is living next door with Veronica and Kevin

And Sammi has unfinished business with Frank, she will find out sooner or later what Frank did

I can't believe Frank's dreadful ass and that girl were the most beautiful thing about this finale

Because both Noel(Mickey) and Emily(Sammi) haven't renewed their contracts, confirmed by the creator of the show(John Wells). + TMNT2 will start filming around the same time they film Shameless so I'm pretty sure Mickey won't be in the first six episode of the season.

This season was the weakest for me. Maybe because i got my expectations very high after the masterpiece that was season 4.

My hopes for every character on season 6:´

Fiona - Don't get her love interests. Get a kinda stable relationship like you had with Jimmy first 3 seasons. Focus on her family and job(s), her storyline is so much interesting and emotional when related not to her lovers but with her siblings and work.
Frank - I liked Frank a lot this season, it was one of the high points of season 5. I like to see this side of Frank, don't change very much, keep the random crazy and make him interact more with his family for the emotional mess.
Lip - Show us the evolution of Lip by making him living the good life in college and concilliating that with visiting his family. Bring Karen or Mandy back and for once make him treat a woman right and not use her.
Ian - Make him realize for the first 3 episodes or so what he's lost in breaking up with Mickey and then go back to him. Make the first steps with Mickey instead of being always Mickey doing them. Show more interactions with Fiona working together and make him be the big brother for Debbie/Carl/Liam, now that Lip's in college.
Debbie - Now that she's pregnant, make smarter decisions. I want the smart Debbie that all loved. Keep her a bit bitchy but smarter.
Carl - Make him do more crazy things but make him regret it for them. Also I want another love interest for him, I love his soft side.
Liam - I think it's time for him to have a mini storyline.
Vee - Make her love her babies, interactions with Svetlana and get back to interact and advise Fiona.
Kev - Opposed to Vee, don't be so obsessed with the babies, take care of them as long as you take care of Vee. Also get him back to the Alibi and his mates.
Mickey - While he doesn't go back to Ian make him enjoy his single life, get back to being the thugh with a good heart. He could also try to get a love interest but then realizing he and Ian are endgame.
Sammi - I want her in the first episodes, but after that make her go with something scandalous.
Sheila - Bring her back and I'd love to see her take care of Ian and be like her confident.
Mandy - Also bring her back, now that Ian and Mickey broke up, in the first episodes we can see Mandy and Mickey do stuff together and then they would go back to the Gallaghers (Lip and Ian).
Karen - Bring her back as a guest star. She could help Debbie with the pregnancy storyline. Make her develop Sheila as a character and storyline. She could be friends with Karen and give her advices for the relation with Lip and at a certain moment of the season she would die of her disease or something.
