I've decided that Im gonna be strategic and fair and make it betwen the GP and the actual points in the first round votes.

It will be 70% GP votes
30% Navy Only Votes.


So lets say you got 100 points in a category. 30 of that will be used in the tally and the other 70% comes from the GP votes.


The percentages are not final.. Im just giving u an example. It might 60-40 80-20 , Idk yet.
