Bruno is just so ****in smart. He knew it was impossible to top the biggest hit of the decade so he tried to "keep the party going" with 24k Magic and not introduce us to a new persona or a new sound (Which he'll eventually do with the 2nd single).
Plus, G-funk hip hop fans who love playing GTA will certainly jam to this. And that's an urban audience allright!
I don't expect this to be number one for 14 weeks or something, it'll be lucky if it remains on top for 4 weeks or so which is more than satisfying!
