I love all TTT tracks, but it's just a mess compared to LOUD, Rated R or Unapologetic.
But somehow I use it more often then GGGB, even though I like GGGB better, If this makes any sense

I would say Rated R is her most riskiest release. It introduced people to a much darker aspect of her and aside from rude boy & hard her lyrics where also quite dark also for majority of the tracks she experimented with sounds she had never really done before.

Yes, I just said it and I was being serious. Talk That Talk is one of Rihannas best albums because of the variety of music in it. There are EDM tracks, pure urban bangers, reggae influenced bops and some sad indie tracks. This is why I like that album so much. The only song I'm always skipping is You Da One.

Loud on the other hand is just one pure pop album and I feel like its having one filler after another.

Here I Go Again, We Ride, Kisses Don't Lie, SOS, Music of the Sun, P.S I'm Still Not Over You, Break It Off, Selfish Girl etc
They're really good albums overall and don't deserve all the **** they get.

The variety in music is what makes TTT so messy.

With WFL and WHYB she is already the pop girl with the most EDM credit, imagine if the whole album was EDM.
I'm not here for half/half albums anymore unless it is done right like Loud, she had Dance, Urban and R&B and it all worked.

- To me LOUD is just a compilation of songs, there is no union. Tracks like Cheers, Raining Men, Complicated, Fading, CKB have no substance they're just there. Yeah LOUD gave Rihanna great stats and sales but it wasnt as genuine as TTT, Rated R, Una.

I prefer relatable songs/album over pure pop singles any day.
