1. The concert is a joint show by Pepsi and Billboard.

2. She didn't lip-sync on The Today Show, but her backing track was the loudest it's ever been I think, so it looked like she was lip-syncing really badly, rather than singing over it. No worries though, as the press have been calling her a trooper for singing with bruised vocal chords.

3. She's doing a free show. It is pathetic some of her fans are actually complaining.

What radio station do you listen to? There's this station in LA that is the same way and it skips ALL of the breakdowns in Starships even the very end, it's incredibly awkward, and makes the song like barely 2 minutes long. They also skip every featured rap artist in songs like "California Girls" "Payphone" etc every single time.
