That's YouTube system fault. They've just registered it on Content system with QMGR31683026 ISRC.

It this tracking week it got 2.8m in US & 54.8m WW. On Thursday alone song was streamed 20.97m WW and 946k in US.

2.8m streams = 23 points on Hot 100, right? So it can't debut this week.
