I think Arya was just baiting the Waif to strike. She was strolling around Braavos throwing pouches of gold and making a big show out of it. Now she knows what she's up against, and can come up with a plan to counter the Waif.

The Blackfish is doomed there's no way he has enough strenght to overcome the Freys and the Lannisters.

Unless Sansa somehow manages to convince LF to move the army from the Vale in her behalf, which I think has been her plan all along, she knew in order to manipulate him and trust he'd do her bidding instead of trying to play her again she'd have to get him under her thumb and in debted to her.

The Freys and Lannisters don't have anything to hurt Blackfish though. Their drawbridge is raised and they stocked up everything inside their castle walls, leaving nothing but barren ground for the intruders unless they start bringing in their own food supplies. He said he could last 2 years. I don't think the Blackfish is in trouble.
