Yup. On July 3rd he tweeted he was going to New England (Rhode Island is part of New England). Then he tweeted these pics with his face paint and sparklers, oddly similar to ones Taylor's dancers have tweeted.
Idk what this is if it's him and Taylor or not/what's going on in the pic, whoever uploaded it doesn't know how to transfer pics from their camera to their computer I guess and just took a pic of their camera with their phone? lol
