Avril released two great records so there is no shame in being an Avril stan, even if there is nothing more embarrassing than the Hello Kitty music video or being married to Nickelback.
But no one from Selena's generation, let alone Selena herself, has created an album as good as Rhythm Nation or The Velvet Rope...
I respect Janet as a performer and pioneer but I'm simply not cut out for her music. I've tried countless times to get into her but I find her music to be sleep inducing.
I wonder why so many people (mainly Perra, Madead, and Broken Spearit stans) are coming for Gaga today. Are they pressed by her over something? Surely they can't be: Gaga isn't doing anything right now. She's enjoying her life, working on her album, playing with her dogs, etc. Unless Gaga just happens to always be on their minds? I wonder why that would be.
