I think with Ke$ha it is finished but they want to wait til the aiplay is higher and the same might be true with Rihanna as they are both doing well at the moment and they dont want to peak now (too early like 1D did for example with not enough AI for #1 and no longevity). Im assuming Rih's video is finished now?

Good to see us slowly catching up to Gangnam Style, hopefully with airplay decreasing people will start to lose interest.

I love how much longevity the song is having. This is exactly what I wanted. It's gradually turning out to be a big hit for her. A #1 debut would never be a good thing. WRWWR dropped after 1 week. Lucky DY is increasing instead of decreasing. I just want her to do better worldwide. US, Canada and Australia are really her only core markets right now.
