I didn't either for 3 or 4 years. The only reason that my family celebrates it now is because my mother remarried.

Oh wow, that sucks. We quit celebrating for the most part after my younger brother figured out that Santa wasn't real. After that, my mother would just give us some money on or around Christmas. But in a way, I'm glad that my family celebrates again. This is my last Christmas at home and I want to enjoy it to the fullest extent.
