"Mood Ring" is the only legitimately confirmed one. "Don't Tell It" is written by Justin and Julia and therefore was assumed to be a Britney song, but there was never confirmation of this. The other two tracks are not Britney songs. Confirmation on that:

It is one of the least sexual songs on the album IMO. The second verse is pretty explicitly talking about actual love, not "just love me" meaning "just **** me" or something lol.

Slumber Party needs to be an adult version of Heavy Rotation. Britney and a bunch of girls chilling, dyking and partying together. She needs to go big with single #2 and I'd be so here for Kate Hudson, Rih, Miley, Selena, Tinashe, etc. in the video, but only if they're present for the shoot.

I'm not 100% but I assume so, since it's shipped to a Japanese address before it's shipped to you. They just don't count it if it's shipped to an overseas address.
