So I did some researches, Rihanna is still the best selling-female artists in the UK.
Lady Gaga total single sales (Excluding Telephone) - 2,556,059
Rihanna total single sales (Excluding Russian Roulette, Rude Boy, Run This Town & Pon De Replay) - 2,397,985
I'm not sure how much RR and RB sold in the UK, but I think Rude Boy sold more than 250k, don't know about Russian Roulette 
So Lady Gaga is the 2nd Best Selling Female Artists in the UK!

RR has sold 340k, those sales are the correct sales for Rude Boy 250k. It is going to sell a lot more though, it will probably go platinum. I wish it would just get one last push and finally hit number 1... After Telephone of course

Russian roulette has sold more than 300.000 and Rudeboy will be around that mark this week

How do you know RR+RB sold more than Telephone+150k?
Plus, Bad Romance is still selling.

2,526,985
Including total album sales:
4,297,569 (Excluding Rated-R)
Lady Gaga's Total Single Sales (Excluding Telephone) -

+
Rude boy 250.000
+ Russian Roulette 340.000
+ Run this town I dont know how many, but it went #1 and sold 62.000 just the first week.(lets say 200.000 total)

Stupid Tinie Tempah blocked Rihanna from having her 4th #1 in the UK Well, atleast she's still the best selling Artists and Rude Boy did great  With 6 #2
