Nicki on ***Flawless does explain the Anaconda delay lol. Nicki (or her team) probably moved it back because they wanted Bang Bang and ***Flawless to shine on their own. Both of them have thrust Nicki into the limelight in a way that she
arguably hasn't been in for most of this era. I say arguably because the Anaconda cover art made WAVES.
Yeah, the single cover drama would have been a great lead up, but the Anaconda single cover art then Bang Bang then ***Flawless has kept everyone watching Nicki whether they want to or not lol. Why not wait a bit and possibly reap more rewards?
And adding Bey to Anaconda would be a mess considering Nicki already announced it as a solo single, it has cover art, and it more than likely has a video shot.
But, I understand you are trying to play the devil's advocate and open my eyes a bit.
