I'm joining an 8 week program doing cardio and strength training along with dieting. It ends on Dec 31st I start today and I'm getting dumb bells, food, and everything today! Wish me luck!

I tried to download Bodyspace recently and start one of their programs, however there were a lot of problems with the app and I abandoned the program and deleted the app and went back to Fitness Buddy. I've worked out for the last four days in a row now And I'm up to 162 from the 158 I weighed in May at least, all muscle
I need to start working out again. I ordered the new Zumba workout DVDs to get going again, I had amazing results with them in the past. I'm excited tbh.
I still need to gain weight. I'm eating a lot more than usual and I've gained like 3 pounds in 2 months and my stomach is fat and the rest of me is a mess My body is a wreck.
Nope That was my plan after I gained the weight. I just have such an awkward body shape right now and I can't gain weight unless it's fat in my stomach

How much do you want it to pop? Old Navy's slim fit jeans are very durable and flattering for my figure, but I don't necessarily think they draw attention to my butt. My skinny jeans do, but the fit is not for everybody.

I just these jeans in a guy the other day, the leg part was like almost tight and the ass part was more loose so it adapted to the ass' shape
So, I don't know how much I weight right now, but hopefully more than 105 lbs.
I am finally doing biceps curls with 12-13 lbs dumbells
Tomorrow is leg day.
