It will be the same time as it is here in the UK which is 18:15 (6:15 PM)
It probably won't leak until after midnight in Ireland when it is available to buy, just like Cheryl, Alexandra and Conor Maynard, UK artists generally don't leak early
It's 6:15pm where I am right now, so I'd say about 6-7 hours till I upload the full album.
