It still is the first single. The only reason it's being called a "buzz single" is because delusional stans can't take that it bombed. Still love the song, though, and it's still the first official single on the album.
It was clearly a buzz single, made for Super Bowl only. I am not even sure why they are including it on MDNA. Everything about it was Super Bowl Themed. Hew else would put out a single just for one performance.
It's become clear to me with the release of Give Me All Your Luvin' and Girl Gone Wild that this album is going to be about having a good time and clubbing.
