I really like the credits. Just wish they'd used the traditional font & made it neon instead of using a whole new one. The commandments added in slayed. Shocked that Kathy was top billing, though. Maybe she'll be in more than 10 episodes this season.
Because the withs/ands are reserves for the big-name people at the end. Kathy's gotten it the last 2 years, but she's the opening credit this year instead so she doesn't get one. Withs/ands are to put prominance on a name. She doesn't need one if she's top billing.
I know which is why I thought Kathy Bates who is by far the most accomplished/renowned name on the cast would have more prominance. Since she got an if/and for the two past years and Sarah Paulson (who despite being amazing doesn't have Kathy's legacy/expeience) top billing I'd figure things would stay like this but I guess not.

the whole Ten Commandments is really cool. The 10C killer Must be a big part of the series.
