No, that would create even more mess - this is not a meritocracy? We have our rate hosting superstars ( supaspaz, Eeveelution, lovesong, MP2K, etc) - ones who usually finish on time, allow all votes, and create a great atmosphere.

Nevermind. It was just a quick thought, but you already know who the great hosts are so that was all I was really trying to accomplish. And I've never really been in any fanbase threads, so I wouldn't know. (I think I saw some K-Pop rates going on one time.)
