I don't think the list is true tho, many artists this far in advance would have TBA performances that are determined by the current singles or song popularity close to that time.

Right. They've been doing a Rising Stars type of thing the past couple years so I expect to generally see 30 and under artists perform with some exceptions because most of the younger girls cant handle Whitney's discography at all. They've never had a WHOLE show about one tribute, ever.
And yeah, some of the performances are far'fetched for a December show. Nicki, for example will be onto a new single by December.
