I laugh when people bring up the whole Born This Way thing when she goes to a surgeon/cosmetics office. Let's be honest the PJ article is clearly written aiming to Gaga or her fans at least, the Gaga's references are pretty obvious even if they claim it's not, but for sure they don't know or hear anything concrete about this project... I think it was just a way of being "satirical" and trolling because the hype around this project has became really huge and they know fans are really thirsty for informations since we know nothing, no big deal at the end.
