The Italian juries are unpredictable. In 2014 they gave 12 points to Finland (who were 12th in televote), and in 2015 they gave 12 points to Norway (who were 16th in televote)
The 12 points of the Italian televote will definitely go to Ukraine. With no Albania and Romania, they're the biggest community here + many Italians will vote for her too.

Nope, if you're on Bulgarian territory it won't work. For example, if I were in Germany, I wouldn't be able to vote since I use an Italian card. My votes wouldn't be counted, neither for Germany nor for Italy.

I'm in the UK, with a UK top-up card, cause that's why I use, and it would not let me vote at all. Queen Poli needs to get my vote
