Jesus Christ. That would be some Adele level slayage. But since the public has pigeon holed her as a rocker chick with anthems and cuz she isn't the most creative artist, I doubt the material given to her will be written with Aretha in mind. IF Kelly manages to find her way into doing this, that album will become her golden album. The tides are turning in the music scene and who better to pave the way for our music to head towards a more Soul/R&B direction? Not only will she be seen as a trend setter but think of all the critical acclaim AND sales.
I honestly can't pick my fave song from Wrapped In Redsus. Although my least favorite are probably My Favorite Things (what kind of paradox?) and Baby It's Cold Outside (and I'll Be Home For Christmas), the rest is absolutely flawless.
My boyfriend is amazing. He downloaded WIR (album) and played it in his car while we were on our way (about 50 minutes, it's WIR's lenght) I was so happy I'd give him thousand b*jobs
