No, he means it sucks pop songs can't ever really get success without being bombrushed by an urban-friendly song that'll get double the support. It happens with Madonna, Britney, Christina, Jessica, etc. Thats why they all haven't had #1s in forever, because of the lame radio support and because radio is added more in the Hot 100. Now if it were downloads over radio, then artists like the ones I mentioned would have #1s, excluding Jessica cause she's a flop.

I hate when a song gets strong downloads but cant get a good peak on the Hot100 because of radio spins. Its always pop songs. Madonna is the only non-urban act on that list.
