Not really, Rihanna's biggest hits are much bigger than Beyonce's biggest, (mainly due to being more pop than R&B) and a lot of Rihanna's singles flop.

First of all I don't know the answer to your first two questions, but before you try to illuminate me, please don't bother because I am using FACTS rather than opinions . PRISM is coming for weaves and everyone just PRAISED BEYONCE when it came out just because of its initial sales, but what's sad is the fact that from then it has been moving at a slow rate. She's lucky she got her Top 10 hit after so long . Truth is, that album is more overrated than Frozen, the movie.
