"The Edge of Glory" is the 3rd single? Smart.
First; "Judas" is done on radio. Nothing will save it on radio anymore
Second, the album is coming in ~2 weeks, they need a hit in their hands right now.
Third, "The Edge of Glory" is doing better than "Judas" on iTunes.
Fourth, Gaga is able to have 2 singles smashing at the same time. If "Judas" doesn't get an American Idol performance, then it's completely done. If not, then it can smash and gets a new peak (based on sales) along with its bigger sister, "The Edge of Glory."
Don't get me wrong, I love "Judas" and prefer it over TEOG, but Interscope knows what they are doing.
