For most of these rich celebs rehab is essentially an extended spa day, where people kiss your ass day in and day out. The only toss up is that you disconnect with the outside world

I'm sorry but Toni Braxton had severe lupus crisis, that caused her to cancel her Vegas residency, go bankrupt, soon after went through a divorce, her child has special needs and she had an abortion. Those are real people's problems. Yet I have never heard a woe is me speech from her.
If Selena was truly brave, she would come clean about her addiction and experience so she can actually inspire other victims of addiction, instead of her vague monologue that was solely aimed at the tabloids to blow more steam up her ass.
