That actually makes a lot of sense.

Katy's not here for Hot n Cold part II. Ryan Tedder said back in 2009/10 that he was going into the studio with her soon and had "an evolution" of Hot n Cold planned, but nothing came of that either.

Imagine how big Hot n Cold would've been if released instead of Roar. Would've actually obliterated the industry.
