I was nervous that she wouldn't be working as much with Red, but it was a great move. Now that she's proven she can work with other producers, the success can be fully accredited to her.

To be honest, I'm glad that she tried to work more with Fernando this time.
However, the best sound on the record still with REDONE -

SCHEISSE > GH
JUDAS > TEOG
Hair > BTW

Judas, Hair, and Scheisse are my jam though, but not to the level of Bloody Mary and Heavy Metal Lover, which I thought are two of the best songs on the album.

Eh. The critics went in on RedOne's songs. Most of them didn't like Judas. I've also heard a lot of negativity targeted towards Scheisse.

Scheisse, Judas and Hair vs Heavy Metal Lover and Bloody Mary confirmed all of my RedOne suspicions though.

RedOne music is instant to me. Gaga-RedOne songs are instantly catchy and I love them instantly. But the other tracks take their time to grow on me and in the end are so much better. Heavy Metal Lover and Bloody Mary are far better than Judas and Hair could ever hope to be. I will give Scheisse the title of best track on the album, but the other tracks eclipse RedOne's productions.

Who are some reviewers that liked it? I haven't read any reviews that have taken the time to specifically lay praise for it, but I've read many that took the time out to bash it. I've read a lot of praise for You and I, Government Hooker, Marry The Night, Born This Way, Electric Chapel and Highway Unicorn. I've also heard a lot of negativity towards Electrical Chapel/Highway Unicorn. Surprisingly, I rarely see a lot of time taken to talk about Heavy Metal Lover.

I realize Scheisse seems to be a favorite of a lot of consumers, but that's not really what I'm referring to.

True, those RedOne tracks are just what she needed to catch people's attention. I wouldn't be surprised if she collaborates with new producers for her 4th album and gives Fernando and DJWS 2/3 tracks each. She takes risk; her music evolves, and that's how you know it's "Lady Gaga"
