Maybe! I think they could come close.
The problem I have with Eastenders is that their gay characters aren't very realistic. I wish they'd stop getting straight actors to play gay people.
It seems like they just want to do the whole "you think i'm straight but surprise i'm gay" storyline over and over again.
I'm not saying that there aren't masculine gay guys out there, but majority of gay guys are at least a little bit camp. Kind of like Christian was.
Why can't they just get an actual gay on the show, who acts a bit fem/camp sometimes? (out of the younger actors).
