29. Green Day “21 Guns”
You've seen
Know Your Enemy earlier, and now their follow-up single
21 Guns placed higher in my list. I didn't expect
21 Guns to be one of Green Day's successful hit especially with their latest album and also I never expected that I will love this song, at least for a certain period last year. This song is so radio friendly that up to now, I can still hear this being played in the radio stations. I much prefer listening to this song rather than their first single
Know Your Enemy and that is why it is obviously higher in my chart. Billie Joe's vocals is so killing the song that makes it differently irresistible especially the chorus line
"One, 21 guns, lay down your arms give up the fight". The 21st Century Breakdown era for Green Day is a good run for them but still it is incomparable to the American Idiot era. Green Day is one of the rock acts that was being anticipated last year and they did not disappoint their fans. I'm sure with a right formula, they can give us once again a great record to love.

28. Jamie Foxx feat. T-Pain “Blame It”
Singing about alcohol is what
Blame It by Jamie Foxx talks about. I never thought that I would like a song from him since I'm not much of a fan of his music.
Blame It changed my perspective for Jamie Foxx, I was really into
Blame It though I am not a drinker, the song is good from beginning to the end. T-Pain also adds some infectious line which makes it irresistible. The line
"Blame it on the goose, gotcha feeling loose" or simply
"Blame it on the a-a-alcohol" will really get stuck in your head. You won't actually notice that this song is seven minutes long especially considering it's music video. Hype Williams is behind the concept this and it shows hanging' out in the club and what happens inside.
Blame It so far is Jamie Foxx' best release to date, it peaked at #-02 in Hot 100 and it has become Jamie Foxx' solo signature song.

27. Jay Sean feat. Lil Wayne “Down”
The single that booted the reign of the Black Eyed Peas for half a year in the US is next in the set.
Down by Jean Sean totally surprised everyone during that time and by taking the top spot, it gained even more popularity. This song has been one of my longest favorite as it spent like four months is my personal countdown and it also had a good run in my top 10. The vocals of Jay Sean for
Down is simply irresistible which makes this song so good. Lil Wayne adds a little rap in the middle part of the song but whether he is a part of that song or not, it still sounds good. I have to admit I like his singles so far because as of the moment I'm enjoying his latest single
Do You Remember. I really need to listen to his album and see if all songs are such ear-candy. I'm sure Jay Sean won't be a one hit wonder after the success of
Down, and expect to see him to release more potential hits with great collaborations.
