I'm talking about the DK3 breakup.
Dawn said it was really over adlibs, b/c Shannon/Aubrey were in the studio RErecording the adlibs she originally laid down. The girls pretty much equally split the parts on DK3.
My point is that not everybody is a superstar vocalist, and can do every adlib. And Aubrey, in particular, always came across to me as someone who's always trying to prove she can do vocal acrobatics (see: MTB). If that's not you, that's not you.
So essentially what Candice told her, is what Dawn also said in Breakfast Club interview. Probably just two different approaches in how they told her.
Someone needs to stop Aubrey and her PS. The constant open mouth look ain't cute.
