Instead of labeling the song "disgusting", maybe you should try to understand that she is using the word with a certain intent and the song as a whole has a very power, rather unique meaning (for this day and age).
If you come to understand the meaning and her intent and you still don't like the song, say you don't like the song. Just don't come in here simply saying "disgusting"... It makes you come off as ignorant.
