I don't know who Susie is but she must have been someone important, he mentions her in both Little Susie and Superfly Sister

I remember a NYT music critic mentioned he thought Michael was talking about HIV/AIDS when referring to Susie in BOTDF. It sort of makes sense when you think about Superfly Sister on the album too, which is about promiscuity.
