No, Part of Me was leaked from US, yes, for this country, maybe for a radio station or personal of EMI who has contact with the releases for radio.
'Part' was avaible to download from Piratebay.se since Febreary 11th at 3 - 6 AM EST (GMT -5), but the ******* doesn't work until the afternoon of this day. And the ******* only works (has seeds and peers) only for limited minutes (least of 20).
In this time, some people and websites what works in this world of leaks downloaded the final version of the song. After that, some sites started to public snipts (with promotion of the site) on Soundcloud... And the rest is a known story...
So, in conclusion, the song was leaked by *******, the p2p way. Who created this ******* and manage it for only works for a minut? We do not know. But maybe, this time could be similar...
