it truly is troubling seeing as there is no scientific reason to back them up.
had they discovered that gay guys show signs of an STD later then straight ppl i'd get it but this does not exist so why shun us like that? we just want to help

It's a leftover from the era when everyone thought HIV was a gay disease. I think changes have been tabled a few times IIRC. Pisses me off I can't donate blood or bone marrow.
That was so obvious, storylines are just too predictable nowadays.

I really miss Val too, she was one of Emmerdale's best characters. I don't bother with any of the other soaps now, the Eastenders of today is utter trash
