What sort of exercises to you do in your HIIT routine? I don't do it
too often but when I do I do something around:
- 50 sit-ups --> I usually do them with my legs raised though.
(10 second rest)
- 30 jump squats
(10 second rest)
-40 military push-ups
(10 second rest)
-40 second mountain climbers or 30 jumping lunges
(10 second rest)
-30/40 second burpees
I'm usually sweating bullets and near death once I finish.
