I agree. I'm divided between Bernie Sanders and Trump. I'm leaning towards Bernie though. They are both pro gay rights and both do not speak like typical lying politicians.
That's two very different ends to be on. And Trump is pro gray? Receipts?

Quote:
“I’ve gone to gay weddings,” he continued. “I’ve been at gay weddings. I have been against it from the standpoint of Bible, from the standpoint of my teachings as growing up and going to Sunday school and going to church and I’ve been opposed to it.”
“We’ll just see how it all comes out,” he concluded, “but if I was ever in that position I’d just have to explain it.”
In the past, Trump has said he opposed gay marriage because he “just don’t feel good about it,” but recently he declared the issue officially “dead.”
He's not pro-gay rights. He's neutral at best. And "Trump is liberal for a Republican" my ass. I'm looking at some of his viewpoints and these scream Republican.
If your parents have applied to come here legally 11 years ago, how were you born in the U.S.?
I was at waiting a table at my job and when I greeted one of my customers the first thing they tell me is "oh WOW, you can actually form a sentence in English!" in a slow, demeaning manner.
Not being the most confrontational person and wanting to keep things professional, I just smiled and replied with "yes, what can I get you to drink?"
The guy (in front of his family of 4 who did not flinch at his actions) followed it by "go back to Mexico, wetback. How are you even working here if you're an immigrant?"
Humiliated, I had to go back to my manager to have her take care of the mess and chose to leave home for the day. Smh.
All this while being the only latino worker at the restaurant.
I'm not even Mexican??? Nor am I illegal??? Mess.
That was the first (and I am hoping the last time) I have experienced this kind of attitude towards me, even while growing up in white suburbia.
I said my family applied for THEIR family from mexico (my aunts and uncles) to come here and the application is still being processed and it has been 11 years. My parents applied for them in 2004.
I'm so sorry you had to go through that. I would have been humiliated too People are disgusting.
I hope you told those idiots that you were born in the U.S. and are not an immigrant before you got your manager.
At the end of the day. These are politicians who are looking for the next vote. I wouldn't call them the most trustworthy.
None of them are particularity trustworthy but I have watched almost every 2015 Donald Trump, Bernie Sanders, Hillary Clinton, Carson, Rand Paul and etc. interview. The candidates that appear, so far, to be most genuine and honest are Bernie Sanders, Rand Paul, and Trump.
I've never had any problems being Hispanic growing up, it's a noticeable difference in attitude i am experiencing just recently.
When he speaks of the Hispanic community, the most commonly used words by him are MEXICAN, ILLEGAL, ANCHOR BABIES. Only bad comes out of his mouth concerning our community, where is the good?
Even if he didn't refer to everyone as illegal, him wanting to basically deport everyone and strip "anchor babies" citizenship is painting us in a negative light.
Did you forget his infamous quote on all immigrants being criminals?
He has also countless of times in his interviews said that Mexicans and Hispanics are good people and that a lot of them work for him and he has a lot of Mexican friends too.
I get your frustration because i'm hispanic too. I do think he needs to calm down on the rudeness. But his rage is mostly towards illegal immigrants.
